Delivery:

Exchange Policy:

  • Exchange is allowed only if there is no issue with the item.

  • Exchange shipping fees are paid by the customer.

Return Policy:

  • Returns are accepted only at the time of delivery during inspection with the courier.

  • If the item has a defect or issue, the customer does not pay shipping fees.

  • If the item has no issue, the customer pays the shipping fees.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.
